Organization Registration and Activation
Applicable role: Organization (top-level user) Updated: 2026-07-14
This document explains how to register and activate an organization account. Once registration is complete, you become the organization's top-level user, with a dedicated balance pool, sub-user management, and API Key capabilities.
Sub-users do not register through this process. Sub-users are created by the organization and complete registration using an activation code. See Sub-user Management for details.
1. What Is an Organization
In the new console, an organization is the basic unit for using platform services. An organization represents an enterprise, team, or individual account, with a dedicated balance pool, API Key, range of available models, and usage statistics.
During registration, the system creates an organization (top-level user) account. As the registrant, you become the organization's top-level user and can subsequently create and manage sub-users under this organization.
An organization corresponds to a "tenant" in the old version. If you are an existing user from the old version, your account has been seamlessly upgraded to an organization—no re-registration is needed. See Migration and Transition Notes for details.
2. Preparing for Registration
Before you begin registration, please have the following information ready:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Email address | Used for login and receiving verification codes; a work email is recommended |
| Password | Used for account login; a strong password is recommended |
| Organization name | The name of your enterprise or team |
| Contact name | The real name of the top-level user |
| Contact phone | Used for urgent contact and account recovery |
3. Registration Steps
Step 1: Open the Registration Page
Visit the platform console registration page:
Access URL: YOUR_API_BASE_URL/register
Login page:

If you arrive via a promotional link, the registration page will automatically fill in the promo code, and you will receive a corresponding balance bonus upon successful registration.

Step 2: Fill In Registration Information
On the registration page, fill in the following in order:
| Field | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Yes | Enter a valid, active email used to receive verification codes and system notifications | |
| Password | Yes | Login password; it is recommended to include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters |
| Invitation code | Depends on platform configuration | If the platform has enabled invitation-code registration, enter the invitation code obtained from the platform |
| Promo code | No | If you have a promo code, enter it; a balance will be credited to the organization's balance pool upon successful registration. It is filled in automatically when arriving via a promotional link |
Step 3: Complete the CAPTCHA
After filling in the information, complete the CAPTCHA on the page to prove that a real user is performing the operation.
Step 4: Agree to the Service Agreements
Check the agreement consent box at the bottom of the page. Click the "User Service Agreement" or "Privacy Policy" link to view the full text of the agreements.
Note: The registration button is only clickable after you check the agreement box. If you find that input fields or buttons on the page are not operable, please check the agreement consent box first.
Step 5: Submit Registration
After confirming that the information is correct, click the registration button.
Step 6: Verify Your Email
If the platform has enabled email verification, submitting the registration will redirect you to the email verification page:
- The system will send an email containing a 6-digit verification code to the email address you entered
- Check your inbox and enter the verification code in the input field on the page
- Click the verification button; registration is complete once verification passes
If you do not receive the verification email: check that the email address is correct, look in your spam folder, and click "Resend" after waiting a few minutes. If you still do not receive it, please contact customer support.
Registration Complete
After successful registration, the system automatically completes the following:
- Creates your organization (top-level user) account
- Sets you as the organization's top-level user
- Activates the organization's initial range of available models (the specific range is configured by the platform per organization; see Region and Model Range)
- If a valid promo code was entered, credits a balance to the organization's balance pool
4. After Successful Registration
Once registration is complete, you will be automatically logged into the console. As the organization (top-level user), we recommend getting started in the following order:
| Action | Description | Related Documentation |
|---|---|---|
| Recharge the organization balance pool | Add balance to the organization's balance pool via online payment or a redemption code | Recharge and Redemption Codes |
| Create sub-users and set quotas | Create sub-users for team members and set quota limits | Sub-user Management |
| Create API Keys | Create keys, optionally bound to a routing group | API Keys and Routing Groups |
| View call names and integrate into code | Get call names from the Model Marketplace or the calling guide | Calling Guide and Routing Notes |
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I'm not receiving the verification email during registration. A: Check that the email address is entered correctly, look in your spam folder, and retry after waiting a few minutes; if you still do not receive it, please contact customer support.
Q: I'm getting a message that the email is already registered. A: This means an account has already been created with that email. Please log in directly, or use the "Forgot Password" feature to recover it.
Q: I entered a promo code but did not receive the balance bonus. A: The promo code may have expired, reached its usage limit, or been disabled. None of these situations affect the registration process—registration will complete normally, but no balance will be granted.
Q: Why are the input fields on the registration page not responding? A: When the agreement consent box is not checked, the input and submit controls are disabled. Please first check the consent boxes for the "User Service Agreement" and "Privacy Policy."
Q: Can one person register multiple organizations? A: One email can register only one account. If you need to work under multiple organizations, the respective organizations must add you as a sub-user. See Sub-user Management.
Q: What should I do if I forget my password? A: On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the prompts to reset your password via an email verification code.
Q: How do I add team members after registration? A: As an organization, create sub-users under "Sub-user Management" in the console, and sub-users complete registration using an activation code. See Sub-user Management for details.
